Who choose the price to estimate?

We choose the price to estimate based on real information of the description. The price is then sealed in an envelop and kept by an independant law firm.

How do I know if I won?

If you find the right price, the system will tell you and the game stops. If nobody found the right price, we will send an email within 2 business days after the countdown ends. The winner is the closest to the right price. The envelop is unsealed and certified by the law firm.

How the auction works?

Buy the item at the lowest price.

• To know the current price of an item you have to click on the DISCOVER button.
• You'll see the current price you can buy it. You'll have 30 seconds to decide whether or not you want to buy it.
• If you don't want to buy the item, the price will drop by a specific amount for the next person.
• If you decide to buy it, then you'll have 5 minutes to complete the transaction. (Shipping and handling may apply on certain items)
• Everytime you discover a price, we will charge you Credits. The amount is specified on the item's picture.

How does the sale work?

• You have a certain time to buy the deal defined by the countdown.
• All you need to know is defined in the fine prints of the deal.
• When you confirm your purchase, you will receive an email with your coupon and your login/password if it's your first time.
• You MUST print your coupon to use it. Either from your email or from your account.
• Use your coupon before the expiration date.

What if I don't receive the coupon in my email?

You can go to Forgot your password?. Your username is your email address. If you made a typo, just write us an email at info@dealinium.com.

What if the business closes or goes bankrupt?

We commit to exchange the coupon to a similar value offer.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. If for whatever (good) reasons you need to cancel your order, you must contact us at info@dealinium.com or (845) 228-8748. We will be glad to assist you.

Is my payment secure?

Your payment is made through a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and is completely secure.

Are you keeping my credit card information?

We don't store any credit cards information in our server. Every time you buy a deal, your data are kept in a vault at Authorize.net, the leader in credit cards processing. For more information visit Authorize.net.

Why do you need my personal information?

Having your information is a way to establish a trust between you and the merchant. We will never sell or comminicate your information to anyone except to the merchant in case of a conflict or a fraud. We respect your privacy and we will never spam you.
